Why is address line 2 swapping with address line 1 where address line 2 was a building or an organization?

Question

We have observed that for the following record, reltio cleanser has interchanged the Address Line 1 and 2.

Answer

It is expected behavior for the address cleanser to reverse Address Line 2 with Address Line 1 where Address Line 2 was either a building or an organization. This is expected USPS mailing procedure.
