May 19th, 2023 Certificate Update

Attention Reltio Customers,

If your team has hard-coded our certificates, please see the below announcement. If your team hasn't hard-coded our certificates, there is no action required.

Please know that the Reltio certificates are scheduled to be rotated on May 19th, 2023. This means that the current certificates will expire, and the new ones will be implemented.

As part of its commitment to maintaining the highest level of security for its clients, Reltio periodically rotates its SSL/TLS certificates. This means that the current certificates will expire on May 19th, 2023, and the new certificates will be implemented. This is a standard industry practice designed to ensure that all certificates are up-to-date and secure.

If you are currently using Reltio, it is important that you download the new certificates before the expiration date. Failure to do so could result in connectivity issues and other problems with the Reltio platform. Fortunately, the new certificates are readily available for download from the Reltio website.

To download the new certificates, pick either the 4096-bit or the 2048-bit Zip file from the attachments below. From there, you will be able to download the new certificates. If you have any questions or concerns about the certificate rotation process, don't hesitate to contact the Reltio Support Team for assistance.

Kind regards,

Reltio
