How Do You Reset the Reltio Support Portal Password?
I forgot my password for my Support Portal user, how do I regain access?
Answer:
Assuming that your user is still active and not suspended for activity, you may contact your Customer Administrator to reset your Reltio User password in the Reltio User Management Console.
After setting your new password, you may be able to login to the Reltio Support Portal again.
