SQL query execution is not happening in RIH.

Issue : 

The customer will be able to execute the SQL query in the database as well as in SQL developer. However, the same query is not working in RIH. Getting 503 - Service Unavailable error. 

Cause : 

The issue is caused due to the connectivity between the RIH and data database.

Solution : 

This particular issue falls outside the scope of Reltio's responsibilities. It is essential for the customer to verify that the RIH (Reltio Integration Hub) and the database connection have been configured correctly. This includes ensuring that all settings are accurate and that the connection is currently active and functioning as intended.

If the customer encounters any difficulties during this verification process or if they find that the connection is not active, it may be necessary for them to involve the database team. The database team can provide assistance in diagnosing any connectivity issues and ensuring that everything is set up properly for optimal performance.
