How do I view a list of interactions for a selected profile?

Question

How do I view interactions for a particular entity?

Answer

The Interactions feature is enabled in the User Interface (UI) for all the applications.

  1. Click the Interactions icon from the Profile view to display the Interactions perspective.
    Interactions display related transactional data for an entity. Data include:
    • Date
    • Interaction type
    • Actors
    • Attributes

  2. Click the show more link to display all attributes.
