Our internal monitoring and alerting systems have caught this, the root cause of the issue is a performance issue with our Cleanse Service. We are working actively to restore the performance of the Cleanse Service.

Cleanse service performance was restored starting from 12:36 pm. According to our monitoring system, the performance got restored back to normal in all environments. Our team continues working on the Root Cause Analysis as well as mid and long-term preventive measures.
