Does Reltio produce a 3 digit FIPS code or a 5 digit FIPS Code? Is there a FIPSStateCode and FIPSCountyCode that can be accessed?

FIPSCountyCode: 3-digit FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) code which uniquely identifies counties.
SubAdministrativeArea: This field holds the smallest geographic data element within a country. For instance, USA County.

Is the FIPSCountyCode 3 digits or 5 digits?

Reading the attached documentation link on Account 260 - https://docs.reltio.com/datadrivenapps/acct360location.html, you see that they refer to FIPSCountyCode defined as:

5-digit FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) code which uniquely identifies counties.

FIPSCountyCode	Simple		String	FIPS County Code
FIPSStateCode	Simple		String	FIPS State Code

After continued investigation today, I found that we have only FIPSCountyCode (3-digit FIPS country code) from Loqate and don't any FIPSStateCode from Loqate. (refer to https://support.loqate.com/documentation/fielddescrip/cass-fields/).

Does Reltio produce a 3 digit FIPS code or a 5 digit FIPS Code? Is there a FIPSStateCode and FIPSCountyCode that can be accessed?
