How to log in to Reltio Support Portal if you get "Access is denied" error

Question:

Sometimes when end users log in to Reltio Support Portal they get an error "Access is denied".

Answer: 

To log in to Reltio Support Portal, use the following steps: 

1. Go to https://support.reltio.com and click the login button on the top right corner

2. Enter your credentials and click login

3. If you see "Access is denied" error, just refresh the browser page and you will be able to see your account main page.
