I have an Organization that is synced to Salesforce. When I get an update to this record from another source system that does not change the OV I am still getting an update pushed from Reltio to Salesforce. This is causing some circular integration between various source systems. If the OV is not changed, then I would not expect an update to be sent to Salesforce.
The SFDC connector sends any updates to SalesForce, no matter if OV was changed or not. Therefore, this behavior is expected.
Our recommendation is to add validation in SalesForce to check if the difference is null or not available for the update. The result of this customization is to not pass the data from Salesforce to the other system where the difference is null.
