Why is the lookup values that should be synchronized with RDM and MDM not being displayed as such?

Question

There is an issue with Reltio RDM not syncing up with UI due to which the correct RDM converted value is not populating correctly

Based on the physical configuration, you will notice that the permanentLookupsStore parameter is set to false,

If you begin to typing "board", you will see

You see that State Board begins to appear because of the definition of the lookup description

Note: If you update your RDM lookup using Postman, it is a good best practice to sign out and clear your browser.
