To maintain your support experience, the Reltio Customer Engineering Operations team will be performing maintenance on the Reltio Support Portal on January 1st at 12 a.m. EST.

Upgrade Details:

Date: January 1st, 2026
Time: 12:00 AM - 12:30 AM EST (30-minute window)

Impact:

During this maintenance, you may temporarily be unable to select the tenant environment or tenant ID in the Support Request form. If you experience this scenario with the support portal during this period, please submit your request via email to support@reltio.com.

What to Expect:

There will be no change to the form or support portal experience after the maintenance is conducted.

No Action Needed:

You don't need to take any action before or after the upgrade.
