Why do I see "tenant not found" for an RDM tenant for a specific user?

We are not able to access the RDM tenant which is associated with the tenant. We checked all the access in the user management, it says "Tenant not found" for that particular tenant.

 

Answer

You did not have a full RDM access role definition - ROLE_RDM_EDIT and ROLE_RDM.   Can you please confirm whether you can access the RDM tenant now?
