Question-Potential Match Review DCR - Possible assignee
Certain task are not getting the correct assignee list , we tried updating the entity level permissions still the correct assignee list is not visible. we checked the below task and it says role issue but when we checked metadata security all the necessary permissions are available
Solution :
applyDcrWithoutPermissions option is not applicable for potentialMatchReview processes. The option's name is prominent in that it is related to DCRs.
Check get access roles for the task
POST https://eu-360.reltio.com/reltio/permissions/nYvSC7o8AtAqx9O/_getAccessRoles?accessTypes=READ%2CUPDATE%2CMERGE and check these roles against the user who is expected to be under possible assignee list.
