How can I determine why I can not add roles to any users in a particular Customer Tenant

Problem

Attempted modification of user role from Reltio Console does not modify user role as expected.

Solution

  • Each customer tenant has at least one user with ROLE_CUSTOMER_ADMIN or ROLE_CUSTOMER_ADMIN_<customer_name> which can assign roles to other users.
  • Verify whether the user attempting role modification for other users has either of these roles.
  • If no user at a Reltio customer company has these roles, then system administrators who want or need them should contact their Customer Success Manager.
