I am unable to see API Platform Tab in RIH Screen under Tools section, please let me know what do i need to do for that.
Answer
Two things affect the API platform visibility.
- First the customer needs to be on Reltio Enterprise + API plan.
- Second the user needs to have the ROLE_INTEGRATION_CUSTOMER_ADMIN role. If this user also has ROLE_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST and it appears above the integration customer admin role, then s/he will not see the API platform.
