Problem
The RIH recipe failed with the below error while sending an email via workato.
You have exceeded your allocated limit of 500 Email per day. Your limit will be reset at xxxx-xx-xx
Cause
Workato will allow for the transmission of 500 emails per workspace within a 24-hour timeframe. For further information, please refer to the documentation: Email by Workato.
Solution
The email functionality provided by Workato is restricted to a maximum of 500 emails per day. Regrettably, we are unable to increase this limit. If customers need to send more than 500 emails, we recommend configuring their own email service.
