How do I migrate DTSS configuration from one environment (such as Test or Dev) to another environment (such as Production)?

To migrate your subscription or mapping from one environment to another, you need to contact Reltio Support.

1. Submit a Support Ticket via Zendesk

To initiate the migration, open a ticket with Reltio Support and include the following information:

• Source Environment & Tenant ID:

  e.g., Test - tenantId: test-abc123

• Target Environment & Tenant ID:

  e.g., Production - tenantId: prod-xyz789

2. Confirm Authorization

Ensure the requester has the appropriate administrative access and authorization to request changes for both tenants.
