DLQ access

Question

How to access DLQ messages ?

Answer

In instances where an event cannot be successfully processed after multiple attempts, it is subsequently placed into the Dead Letter Queue (DLQ). Events that reside in the DLQ are those that have failed to synchronize between Reltio's primary and secondary databases, which may result in temporary inconsistencies in customer tenant data. These temporary discrepancies are addressed by the IRS job. The responsibility for investigating events in the DLQ rests with Reltio, and customers are not required to undertake any investigations themselves. We conduct up to 200 retries at intervals of 15 minutes prior to recording entries in the DLQ. The IRS is an automated mechanism designed to identify data inconsistencies within the tenant and to reinitiate the failed events, thereby ensuring data consistency within the tenant. Please note that we are unable to provide direct access to the Reltio DLQ.
