Question
I installed the Managed Package Salesforce connector in our environment. However, the sync is not occurring. Bi-directional sync is enabled, and I also tried updating a few profiles on the tenant, but to no avail. It is my understanding that the platform should create the queue, but that is not happening, and I see the following errors in the logDNA.

This is a HIPAA GCP environment, and the SFDC connector MP only supports SQS queues. So it is not compatible with this environment. In Reltio's HIPAA-compliant environments hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), the Salesforce Connector Managed Package (MP) primarily utilizes Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) for message queuing.
