Answer:

Connector logs this message when the data synchronization process from Reltio to Salesforce fails on an operation related to the Reltio platform (e.g., getting entity data or applying the callback).

This message is caused by your tenant configuration, which is specified by the maximum number of requests per cluster. This kind of error you will get when there are more simultaneous requests to the server than defined from either the number of synchronization or the number of individual call-back API calls.

 

One possible solution that should be explored is to increase the SFDC connector instances.
